RESERVATION POLICY:

Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. A non-refundable 50% retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time.
Your booking is officially confirmed once the retainer and signed agreement (if applicable) are received.

The remaining balance is due on or before your session date and must be paid in full prior to the start of your session.

Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Zelle, or credit/debit card (a small processing fee may apply for card payments).

Please arrive 15 minutes early for setup and check-in. This allows us to start on time and make the most of your session.

Requests to adjust your session time or date after booking will be considered based on availability and are not guaranteed.
Rates are confirmed at the time of booking and may change for future sessions.

I appreciate your understanding — this policy ensures I can reserve your time and give every session the care and attention it deserves.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your session are eligible for a full refund or one complimentary reschedule.
Cancellations made between 48–72 hours prior are eligible for a 50% refund or one reschedule.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend your session will result in forfeiture of all fees and the retainer.

Reschedules are subject to availability and must be used within 30 days of the original session date.

CHECK-IN & LATE ARRIVALS:

Please arrive 15 minutes before your session for check-in and setup.
Sessions that start late due to client delay may be shortened to stay within the reserved time frame.
Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be considered a no-show.

ILLNESS & EMERGENCIES:

In the event of illness, an emergency, or an unforeseen circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible.
Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge, and your retainer will be applied to the new date. Retainers are non-refundable but transferable once within 30 days.

WEATHER:

If inclement weather affects your outdoor session, it will be rescheduled free of charge at a mutually agreed-upon time.
Weather calls are typically made 2–4 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

IMAGE DELIVERY:

Edited galleries are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks of your session date.
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, and you’ll be notified of any delays.

EDITING & STYLE:

All images are edited in Zoloto Creations’ signature style to maintain consistency and creative integrity.
Requests for extensive retouching or additional edits beyond the standard workflow may incur an additional fee.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE:

All images remain the property of Zoloto Creations and are protected under copyright law.
Clients receive personal-use rights to print, share, and post their photos with credit to @zolotocreations.
Commercial, promotional, or third-party use must be approved in writing.

PAYMENT METHODS:
